At Intrinsic, we believe that, as well as our primary responsibilities to our customers, shareholders and our people, we have a social responsibility to the wider community in which we live and work. With this in mind, we launched the Intrinsic Charitable Foundation in March 2007, and we have already raised over £200,000.
As well as actively encouraging our people to become involved in supporting charitable activities, the Foundation chooses one main charity each year to support through fund-raising events. Our chosen corporate charity for 2009-2010 is Children’s Hospices UK, which provides care and support for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families.
