During his 20 years in the industry, Richard Freeman has built up an impeccable record in sales.

Richard moved into the financial services industry in 1989 after a very successful 16-year career in the British Army. Starting in direct sales at Allied Dunbar, it wasn’t long before Richard took the title of Area Sales Director in 1999 – the quickest a manager has ever achieved this promotion.

As a member of Allied Dunbar’s Management Board Richard was directly responsible for over 2,000 advisers and 180 managers. Richard joined Intrinsic as Sales Director when the business launched in 2005, and was promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer in March 2010.
