During his 16 years in the industry, Richard Freeman, 51, has built up an impeccable record in sales.

Richard moved into the financial services industry in 1989 after a very successful 16-year career in the British Army. Starting in direct sales at Allied Dunbar, it wasn’t long before Richard took the title of Area Sales Director in 1999 – the quickest a manager has ever achieved this promotion.

As a member of Allied Dunbar’s Management Board Richard was directly responsible for over 2,000 advisers and 180 managers. One of his key strengths is the ability to recruit and motivate high volumes of quality advisers, so Richard is the perfect choice to help build a sales team that will take Intrinsic to the top.
