George Higginson is the youngest member of the leadership team. However, his wealth of experience means he’s well placed to help take Intrinsic to the top.

George Higginson studied Industrial Management at the University of Ulster and joined Zurich in 1992. He had a number of roles during his time at Zurich, but it was his first position that gave him his invaluable insight into sales.

In the early 1990s George helped to build his practice into the number one sales team for Allied Dunbar in the UK – a title retained for several years. Building on this success he moved into sales management, using his knowledge and skills to help others develop their businesses. He had various roles as a director of sales, in both a regional and area capacity, and covered most of the UK before becoming National Operations Director for Zurich in 2000. George’s primary focus as Group Marketing Director is to make Intrinsic “the place where it’s easy to do business.”
